Is it a parking ramp or deck? I never parked in ramps until I moved to Minnesota.

There once was a time when I posted on things besides the weather...
Tomorrow on my walk to school, the temperature will be -10°F -15°F with a wind chill of -31°F -36°F. I think I might park in the parking deck.

Parking ramp or garage would be acceptable.
Isn't a deck where you put a lawn chair and bask away a summer day...or perhaps "on deck" like in baseball when they say that a player is on deck...
So do they have signs like they do here that say Ramp? That say Deck?
