In other news, did you know that if you just want Internet service from Comcast, it's actually cheaper to get basic cable than none at all? It's a fact.
And their phone menu is not, in fact, comcastic. Why do automated menus ask you for your phone number (in my case, they asked for it twice), but when a person actually picks up your call, the first thing they ask you for is your phone number?
